Join Our Team as a Bilingual Interpreter!
Location: On-site at our vibrant offices in Mérida: Jardines de Vista Alegre II, S7135 “Enterwork”
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. Flexibility is key, as schedules may vary during the week, and occasional weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency is essential, with excellent command of English (both spoken and written). You should be adept at engaging with senior clients, showcasing patience, clarity, and a warm demeanor. A minimum of 1 year in a Customer Service Representative role is required, with experience across various industries being acceptable provided your communication skills stand out. Comfort in managing high call volumes (primarily inbound, with some outbound) is necessary. Skills in follow-ups, objection handling, and maintaining lead engagement are crucial. You should be open to feedback, proactive, and capable of making informed decisions. Being tech-savvy and able to multitask across various tools and systems is essential. Familiarity with CRM or homecare software is a bonus but not mandatory. A background in cross-sales or sales support is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound calls from current and prospective clients with professionalism and empathy. Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and lead nurturing. Monitor web and email inquiries, responding promptly to convert leads into actionable steps. Provide clear and concise information about services, pricing, timelines, and processes, highlighting the value of Family Resource Home Care. Accurately gather and enter client information into internal systems. Coordinate in-home assessments, ensuring clear communication of next steps to clients and their families. Maintain organized and updated lead statuses and client notes in CRM systems. Collaborate closely with branch staff, schedulers, and management for smooth client transitions. Attend all mandated meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and internal service standards.
