ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Bilingual Mission Support Administrator who is dedicated to serving God and fostering church growth. In this role, you will provide vital support to our leadership team in various administrative, operational, and communication tasks, allowing them to concentrate on empowering pastors to cultivate flourishing churches.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive & Operational Support
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, and travel logistics for leadership.
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and monthly financial tracking.
- Participate in key meetings, document notes, and assign follow-up tasks.
Fundraising & Partner Engagement
- Support donor coordination and development efforts.
- Facilitate partner communications and impact reporting.
Communication & Media Management
- Assist in running email campaigns, newsletters, and weekly updates.
- Translate and manage resources in Spanish.
- Coordinate podcast production and digital content initiatives.
- Establish and maintain automated workflows to optimize operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A committed and growing relationship with Jesus Christ; active involvement in a local church.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Fluent in Spanish with excellent proficiency in written English.
- Outstanding attention to detail, organization, and results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proficient in technology, including Google Workspace, WordPress, and AI workflow tools.
- Process-oriented with a knack for improving operational workflows.
- Possess professional and warm interpersonal skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Fully remote position requiring a reliable internet connection and a well-equipped home office.
- Participation in virtual team meetings and an annual retreat is mandatory.
- This role primarily involves computer-based tasks that require focus and may involve extended sitting.
