Qualifications
Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.Experience: At least 3 years of experience in customer onboarding within a SaaS company or a related field, preferably in education technology. Experience in instructional design, teaching, or technology support is highly valued.Communication: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.Skills & Attributes:Ability to convey complex ideas in clear, impactful messages tailored to diverse audiences.Strong customer empathy with effective engagement skills.Excellent organizational and project management abilities, adept at handling multiple priorities and cross-functional collaborations.Technologically proficient and quick to learn new tools and platforms.

Join our dynamic Customer Onboarding team as a Bilingual Onboarding Consultant, where your passion for education technology will make a significant impact across the AMERICAS region. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional, fluent in both Spanish and English, to engage and inspire our customers.
In this role, you will ensure our customers achieve immediate success by guiding them through change management processes, providing training, and sharing best practices. Your consultative approach will allow you to understand each customer's unique goals, enabling you to tailor your guidance throughout their adoption journey. You'll deliver interactive training sessions that empower educators to integrate our solutions into their teaching methods. As a trusted partner, you will assist customers in translating best practices into effective workflows that meet their institutional needs while addressing any technical challenges with empathy and optimism.
By conducting proactive check-ins and thoughtful discovery, you will identify potential barriers early and recommend strategies for success. You will be responsible for providing in-depth consulting services, leveraging your product expertise to assist customers in implementing the Turnitin product suite effectively. This role reports to the Manager of Customer Onboarding, and your efforts will help expand Turnitin's global reach, safeguarding academic integrity in assessments.
