Key Responsibilities:
Ensure customer retention through exceptional satisfaction and service.
Drive an increase in transactions per client.
Engage in active listening with customers during alerts of potential departures or relevant complaints.
Channel reported incidents from customers to ensure effective resolution.
Prevent customer transaction stoppages or exits.
Analyze and review indicators and information to identify patterns and gaps within the current customer portfolio.
Develop action plans based on continuous feedback from customers and performance indicators.
