Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, prepare, and file essential documents pertaining to probate and estate administration.
• Liaise with probate courts to track case status and ensure timely filings and hearings.
• Conduct thorough legal and factual research on estate assets, financial records, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, heirs, financial institutions, fiduciaries, and other stakeholders.
• Organize and manage case files, calendars, and compliance documentation to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Gather necessary documents, including financial records, property titles, and death certificates.
• Assist attorneys in drafting wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.
• Monitor case progress and provide regular updates to supervising attorneys.
