MaxHome is seeking a Bilingual Project Coordinator to support our expanding team! This hands-on role encompasses responsibilities in both the Production and Sales departments, with a focus on ensuring projects progress smoothly from sale to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all elements of bath renovation projects, including scheduling measurements and installations, ordering materials, and reviewing job specifications.
Serve as the primary liaison among customers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate effective and positive communication.
Maintain precise records, monitor project expenses, and ensure all documentation is thorough and complete.
Assist with reporting, resolving issues, and providing customer service support as necessary.
Support the Production Manager and collaborate across multiple departments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Possesses a passion for creating order from chaos and proactively solves problems before they escalate.
Skilled at managing multiple priorities and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
