Join Our Team as a Bilingual Account Manager - Fully Remote Position
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Are you a proactive individual who excels at keeping projects organized and ensuring all details are accounted for? We are seeking a Bilingual Client Account Manager to serve as the vital link between our clients and our consulting team. In this role, you will represent the client’s interests, guiding them through each stage of their projects with clarity, confidence, and exceptional service.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, engaging in consistent communication through email, Slack, and phone calls.
- Conduct regular status updates and respond to routine inquiries with confidence.
- Efficiently manage incoming requests by resolving issues, escalating when necessary, and ensuring closure.
- Oversee project coordination, timelines, and deliverables while proactively identifying potential challenges.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including recaps, trackers, and updates.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth transition into our services.
- Monitor client relationship health and identify risks before they escalate into issues.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Project Management (preferably within agencies, consultancies, or SaaS environments).
- English proficiency: Advanced level (B2+, C1).
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of B2B concepts (Sales Pipeline, CRM, GTM alignment).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication abilities with a knack for drafting professional emails and executive summaries independently.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence for managing client frustrations and a strong project management instinct.
- Tools: Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, and Slack at a user level.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in boutique consultancies or advisory firms.
- Exposure to GTM Ops, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops methodologies.
- Previous collaboration with founders or high-level senior teams.
