Position: Bilingual Sales Clerk
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: Based on experience and salary scale
Job Summary
- Track international and internal orders
- Communicate with carriers, customs agents, and clients
- Enter customer orders into the computer system
- Prepare international sales quotations
- Provide support to the sales team
- Perform any other tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor
Position Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced to bilingual proficiency in English
- Proficient in software applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities
- High level of planning and organization skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and requests
- Good interpersonal skills
