Join Red Ventures as a Bilingual Sales Performance Manager in our South Charlotte, NC headquarters. This pivotal role is hybrid, requiring in-office work from Monday to Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely every Friday.
We are seeking a talented individual with professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, who can effectively manage client communications and relationships. You will collaborate with both internal and external sales leaders to identify and seize performance opportunities, enhance staffing effectiveness, and drive crucial sales KPIs such as compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop external sales teams to achieve specific business KPIs.
- Balance high performance with compliant behaviors and exceptional customer service.
- Analyze performance data to uncover revenue growth opportunities.
- Engage with partners regarding sales strategy, staffing, product changes, and more.
- Review and enhance sales call performance, compliance, and internal technology usage.
