As they expand their multilingual sales team, they are seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support strategic account growth and enhance upselling opportunities with key global accounts.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Representative fluent in German to spearhead outbound sales initiatives, drive upsells to current customers, and convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities. This full-time remote position is ideal for candidates with previous experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) roles, who are eager to take charge of outreach and upselling in a client-facing capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in upselling to existing customers through proactive outreach via telephone, email, LinkedIn, and Xing.
- Utilize provided data for outreach while continuously sourcing new data.
- Conduct customer catch-up calls and deliver insights and reports to enhance customer relationships.
- Make 80-100+ outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Send personalized outreach emails to targeted accounts.
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Research target accounts to identify decision-makers and understand their business requirements.
- Implement multi-channel outreach strategies including phone, email, LinkedIn, and video messages to engage prospects.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Document all activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
