Role Overview:
*This position is a remote contract role based in the Dominican Republic.*
FuboTV is in search of a bilingual Customer Care Agent fluent in both Spanish and English. The successful candidate will provide exemplary support and foster customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing all inquiries pertaining to Fubo’s services and customer subscriptions via phone, email, and social media. We are looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented individual who can effectively utilize available tools and technologies to resolve customer service issues efficiently. Continuous training will be provided to ensure you are updated on product, service, policy, and technical changes that impact our users.
The ideal candidate will be adept at resolving a variety of customer inquiries ranging from billing to technical issues, with a goal of achieving one-call resolutions whenever possible.
