The Bilingual Vietnamese Customer Service Representative will be the frontline support for our customers, agents, and partners, delivering exceptional service across various communication channels. This role includes managing both inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS in both Vietnamese and English. The successful candidate will ensure accurate transaction processing, resolve issues effectively, and enhance customer satisfaction. Utilizing our internal systems, the representative will document interactions, monitor transaction activities, and promote operational efficiency, all while adhering to company policies and service standards.
