About the job
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while providing detailed information and taking orders to meet customer needs across various outlets (restaurant, bar, events, etc.).
- Engage customers by presenting and recommending menu items (dishes, drinks, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all materials used in the service process.
- Prepare mise-en-place for service areas.
- Process customer bills and handle payments accurately.
- Input orders into the system, manage account closures, and issue invoices when necessary.
- Assist in setting up and replenishing the buffet during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Support event setups and food and beverage services, including coffee breaks, banquets, and cocktail events, as needed.
- Deliver room service orders for food and beverages, including setting up and breaking down mise-en-place and performing relevant tasks in guest rooms when required.
- Participate in inventory management as necessary.
- Adhere to the hotel's commitment to environmental sustainability (recycling, energy conservation, etc.).
Perform other related duties as required by the department.
