As a Billing and Payment Assistant at WNPower, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth billing processes for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Addressing and resolving billing issues reported by customers promptly.
- Proactively investigating and identifying potential billing problems to prevent future inconveniences.
- Monitoring expired subscriptions and cancellations to ensure services are properly terminated.
- Overseeing payment gateways and bank accounts.
- Managing automatic debits and payments.
- Documenting workflows, processes, troubleshooting instructions, and steps to resolve billing-related issues for internal use.
