As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for account management activities within your designated physician accounts. Your role will involve acquiring and nurturing profitable business relationships for our products by establishing strong professional connections based on service, product expertise, integrity, and trust. Each representative will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing strategic business plans that consistently yield positive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales and promotion of pharmaceutical and healthcare products within your local territory.
- Enhance patient pull-through and increase awareness of our product portfolio with physicians.
- Forge strategic relationships with general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics to cultivate long-term professional connections, ensuring a favorable position for future product launches.
- Design and implement effective strategies, marketing initiatives, and sales programs as required.
- Organize and plan sales calls within the territory to maximize time efficiency and achieve performance objectives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities, relaying pertinent information to management promptly.
- Complete all required pharmaceutical sales training and maintain continuing medical education to stay informed about innovative products for effective physician engagement.
- Analyze contracted product performance within accounts and take necessary actions to ensure successful execution and growth.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure effective cross-functional support and communication for successful pull-through strategies.
- Adhere strictly to pharmaceutical sales regulations and compliance guidelines as well as company policies.
