Your Responsibilities:
- Design and implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
- Conduct assessments to determine the need for behavioral interventions.
- Supervise those pursuing BCBA certification on a weekly basis.
- Engage in other typical BCBA responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Active BCBA certification is required.
- LBA preferred before initiating services.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
