About the Position
We are a physician-led women's health group located in Goodyear, Arizona, actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to enhance our expanding clinical team. This full-time position offers a well-rounded combination of outpatient responsibilities and inpatient hospital coverage, including deliveries and gynecologic surgeries, all within a modern and collaborative setting.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $300,000 – $350,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Practice Highlights
- Full-spectrum OB/GYN role with responsibilities in both outpatient and inpatient settings

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive obstetric care: prenatal visits, vaginal and cesarean deliveries, and postpartum follow-up
- Conduct gynecologic procedures, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgeries
- Deliver outpatient women’s health services: preventive screenings, counseling, and more
