HealthOp Solutions seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician for a full-time position in Goodyear, Arizona. This role combines outpatient clinic care with inpatient hospital responsibilities, including deliveries and gynecologic surgeries. Practice Model and Schedule
- Practice setting: Outpatient clinic with hospital coverage
- On-call: Shared rotation among OB/GYN team (typically 3–6 shifts per month, depending on branch location)
- Travel: None required
- Flexible scheduling options available
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric care, including prenatal visits, vaginal and cesarean deliveries, and postpartum follow-up
- Perform gynecologic procedures, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgeries
- Deliver outpatient women’s health services such as preventive screenings and counseling

Compensation
- Base salary: $300,000 – $350,000 annually (based on experience)
