Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.• Previous experience in a nonprofit organization is highly desirable.• Exceptional presentation skills, with a strong comfort level in public speaking.• Strong management capabilities and a passion for promoting women’s education and economic opportunities.

Join us at The Apareció Foundation as a Board Training Specialist Intern, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our volunteer training initiatives. Your responsibilities will include organizing and executing training programs, presentations, and workshops tailored for volunteers and interns.
Utilize your creative skills to develop innovative training procedures and assess the training needs of our volunteers. You will formulate effective training plans that align with these needs, and evaluate the overall effectiveness of the training programs.
Collaboration is key; you'll consult with Board members to discuss training plans and results, and coordinate with training volunteers and interns to design and implement impactful training sessions.
