- Bookkeeping Duties:
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Record daily transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, including profit and loss reports and balance sheets.
- Expense Tracking:
- Track and validate employee credit card usage, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Organize and maintain receipts and documentation for all credit card expenses.
- Analyze spending patterns to offer insights for potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Generate reports detailing credit card expenses and transactions for management review.
