Eric Bompard is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Boutique Manager for one of its retail locations in Paris, with a start date planned for March 2026.
Main Responsibilities:
Deliver the Bompard Experience
- Greet each customer with authenticity, elegance, and attention to detail.
- Share the inspiring stories behind our iconic pieces.
- Develop a deep knowledge of our products to create a unique customer experience.
- Train your team on customer experience and product knowledge.
- Organize in-store events with support from headquarters.
Store Management and Visual Merchandising
- Oversee the daily operations of the boutique, including opening, closing, HR administration, logistics, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.
- Manage inventory and oversee delivery receptions.
Team Leadership
- Supervise, support, and develop the sales team daily, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new team members and contribute to continuous skills development.
- Lead daily briefings and meticulously track performance indicators to achieve sales targets and foster team cohesion.
- Inspire your team with a passion for excellence, ensuring each customer enjoys a memorable experience.
