About the Role:
In the realm of Común, our brand embodies trust. Serving a community often overlooked by traditional financial institutions requires our messaging to be clear, authentic, human, and consistent. We are in search of a Brand & Content Lead who will take charge of our communication efforts and ensure our message resonates effectively. This position is perfect for a creatively-driven leader who values craftsmanship, taste, and storytelling, translating these elements into a cohesive brand strategy that influences tangible business outcomes.
Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will play a pivotal role with both formal and informal influence across the organization. Managing a diverse team of full-time and fractional professionals, as well as collaborating with third-party organizations and vendors, you will ensure the production of high-quality content. You will work closely with the Product and Operations teams to maintain message consistency throughout the organization—from our advertising efforts to user interactions with our products and customer service.
