Position Purpose
The Brand Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the Brand/Business Manager to execute Sales & Marketing strategies through various Marketing initiatives, including pre-launch, launch, digital, social media, PR activities, store management, and market & data analysis to enhance brand equity.
This role includes conducting market research to identify emerging consumer needs relevant to our organization and ensuring brand identity compliance across all levels.
Description of Duties
- Drive brand building initiatives, produce in-house promotional materials, prepare press releases, and organize promotional events.
- Conduct brand sales analysis and follow up on strategy implementation.
- Stay abreast of market trends, developments, and customer feedback to leverage insights for business enhancements.
- Formulate and implement effective trade and marketing strategies.
- Oversee the execution of trade and promotional activities.
- Provide competitive market analysis, tracking industry trends and activities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and activities to strengthen the product/brand presence.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed business targets through robust product strategies, new product launches, positioning, and pricing.
- Research and identify emerging consumer trends.
- Design, collect, and analyze customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Implement initiatives to articulate business value propositions to customers.
- Launch innovative campaigns aimed at enhancing customer retention and loyalty.
- Maintain customer acquisition and retention programs.
- Monitor program effectiveness and product quality for brand alignment.
- Evaluate the impact of brand campaigns.
