Position Summary
The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in formulating brand strategies, enhancing brand visibility, crafting marketing plans, and driving product innovation to fuel growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating across various functions to implement these strategies and uphold brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Establish brand positioning within the market and devise strategies for consistent brand representation.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to grasp customer behaviors, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Utilize social media and digital marketing platforms to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Define the brand’s narrative to customers through effective public relations strategies.
- Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure uniformity in brand representation across all channels, including visual elements and messaging.
- Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy encompassing timelines, budgets, and campaign plans.
- Manage and report on the marketing budget, optimizing for maximum impact on campaigns.
- Analyze brand performance through metrics such as awareness, customer preference, and satisfaction.
- Track and report on key performance indicators like traffic, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and brand activation at expos or events.
- Collaborate with the Channel Sales Head to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Brand Manager in the Retail or FMCG sector (experience in the Mom and Baby category is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- A genuine passion for branding and an understanding of its role in driving business success.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and adaptability.
- Proficient in conducting market research and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, combined with creative and strategic thinking.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
