As the Brand Marketing Manager at Meduit Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's identity and communication strategies. You will be responsible for leading all strategic and operational brand initiatives across various marketing channels.
Your key responsibilities will include defining our segmentation, targeting, positioning, and differentiation strategies (STPD), as well as managing the design and execution of all online and offline marketing collateral. You will drive experiments aimed at enhancing critical metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), open rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Moreover, you will be tasked with creating and refining our content marketing strategies to boost website traffic and elevate purchase intent. Your role will also involve formulating processes for gathering customer feedback through surveys, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Voice of the Customer (VOC), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics to improve customer sentiment and experience.
