This role offers a hybrid work model: Employees are expected to work from our New York office 3 days a week with the option to work remotely for the remaining days.
As the Brand Marketing Manager for North America, focusing on Go-To-Market strategies, you will spearhead the commercial execution and activation for our nail brands: CND, SinfulColors, and Revlon Nail. Your role will encompass leading the go-to-market strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to forge impactful brand experiences across professional, retail, and digital channels. This position requires a blend of creativity and business acumen, as you will drive product launches, omni-activation programs, and cohesive communications that energize nail professionals and consumers alike, fueling brand growth.
