About the job
As a Brand Safety Inspector, you will operate both independently and collaboratively on a variety of assignments. Your responsibilities include:
Conducting fire safety inspections ranging from quick scans to comprehensive studies, systematically mapping the state of fire safety. This includes assessing fire and smoke compartmentation, escape routes, emergency lighting, fire and evacuation systems, and usage safety. You will substantiate findings with photographs, measurements, and standard compliance evaluations.
Evaluating compliance with relevant legislation and standards such as Bbl, NEN standards, and equivalency frameworks, including assessing the fire resistance of structures such as doors, walls, and shafts.
Preparing clear reports with prioritization, recommendations, and a practical roadmap towards demonstrable compliance and actual safety.
Conducting supervision inspections as needed during execution and upon completion to ensure effective implementation of measures.
Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams alongside colleagues in construction, installation technology, and environmental science, particularly in portfolio-wide projects for housing corporations like Stek Wonen.
