The Braze Solutions Architect plays a critical role in shaping the architecture and governance of Braze to enhance personalized, compliant, and scalable guest engagement within our integrated resort. This pivotal position translates marketing and product strategies into effective technical solutions, empowering teams to execute with efficiency and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the solution architecture and technical strategy for Braze.
- Design and oversee data ingestion processes, identity resolution, and event taxonomy.
- Facilitate omnichannel orchestration across mobile, web, email, SMS, and in-property channels.
- Collaborate with Campaign Operations to optimize campaign execution through reusable patterns.
- Work with Mobile and Web teams on SDK, API, and event implementation.
- Ensure all workflows comply with regulatory standards and consent requirements.
- Create comprehensive documentation of architecture, standards, and implementation guidelines.
- Lead technical design for innovative personalization and lifecycle use cases.
- Assess and propose MarTech enhancements or integrations.
- Provide architectural direction and troubleshooting support.
- Align Braze functionalities with the MarTech Product roadmap.
- Promote platform health, scalability, and sustainability for the long term.
