Key Responsibilities • Set up breakfast each morning; shift hours are from 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM. • Serve guests a variety of hot and cold breakfast items. • Continuously restock dry food items and refill all beverage containers during breakfast hours. • Assist in brewing an assortment of coffees for guests. • Provide friendly assistance to guests with any breakfast-related inquiries. • Clean and bus tables during breakfast service. • Set up, maintain, operate, and break down breakfast stations. • Store all dry food items after breakfast concludes. • Clean surfaces and floors to prepare the Lounge sitting area for lunch. • Rotate into scheduled stewarding duties, including dishwashing and cleaning kitchen equipment. • Dispose of trash and ensure sanitation of trash cans regularly. • Perform other duties as assigned.
