Role Overview:
As a Breakfast Pastry Commis Chef at The Savoy, you will collaborate with a team of skilled chefs to create exquisite 5-star culinary delights for our esteemed guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients, mise en place, and dishes during service to uphold our distinctive 5-star cuisine.
- Support the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and effective teamwork.
- Adhere to recipes and maintain consistency in our extraordinary culinary offerings.
- Contribute innovative ideas and recipes to enhance our offerings.
- Comply with food hygiene, health & safety, and COVID-19 policies to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment through daily tasks such as stocktaking and record-keeping.
- Engage actively in team meetings and kitchen briefings as directed by leadership.
- Identify and report any issues to your supervisor, consistently seeking opportunities for improvement.
