Join our dynamic team at hermanscott as a Broadcast Traffic Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in managing the advertising inventory for television programming. Utilizing advanced traffic management software, you will ensure seamless scheduling and log management, contributing to our high-quality broadcasting services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving daily commercial tapes and entering information into our media inventory system
- Collaborating with account executives and clients on copy instructions, requests, and necessary clarifications
- Formatting sponsor breaks and adjusting formats as per the directives of the Broadcast Traffic Manager
- Clipping and packaging content for promotional use across various platforms, including linear television, digital websites, and social media
- Creating advertising blocks for integration into show segments
- Importing new programming changes and coding commercial logs
- Maintaining a well-organized filing system for daily traffic instructions and video library
- Processing and distributing printed official logs as required
All tasks will be managed at a Caribbean regional level, applying your expertise to enhance our broadcasting operations.
