This full-time role involves supporting clients in achieving fire safety compliance. The Building Safety Administrator will be responsible for creating comprehensive building safety case reports, essential for clients' applications for Building Assessment Certificates. Daily tasks will include ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR).
Key Responsibilities
Engaging with key stakeholders to gather vital information for the development of Building Safety Cases.
Interpreting and applying regulatory frameworks relevant to high-rise buildings.
Offering guidance and support to building owners and property managers regarding BSR compliance.
Formulating risk assessment summaries.
Compiling all documentation related to Building Safety Cases.
Conducting gap analyses of building safety risk compliance.
