As part of the expansion of our Aerospace / Space / Defense activities, we are seeking a Systems Project Manager to lead high-stakes technical projects from the initial framing phase through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle: framing, planning, progress tracking, reporting, risk management, and action plans.
- Ensure seamless communication between business teams (systems, software, hardware, testing, quality, etc.), project management, clients, and partners.
- Gather, analyze, and formalize client needs along with associated technical requirements.
- Contribute to the definition of the system architecture and coordinate major technical decisions.
- Perform workload estimations and capacity management (load planning, staffing, prioritization).
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory constraints specific to the ASD sector.
- Oversee the phases of integration, validation, qualification, and delivery.
- Monitor project deliverables: technical documents, justification files, test plans/procedures, reports.
- Contribute to project capitalization and the continuous improvement of methods, processes, and tools.
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, fostering skills development and team cohesion.
