Qualifications
• 7 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance or business information sector.• Autonomous, organized, and capable of anticipating and managing peak workloads.• Strong analytical skills and a synthetic mindset.• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (both technical and non-technical).• Proficient writing skills.• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.• Expertise in SQL would be a significant advantage.

As part of an Agile team comprised of Solution Analysts based in Bois-Colombes and a development team located in Bucharest, you will collaborate closely with various business units and international counterparts from our subsidiaries, as well as with information providers around the globe.
Your role as a Business Analyst will include:
- Conducting functional analyses and gathering enhancement requirements from users and business group management.
- Drafting detailed functional specifications, management rules, and more.
- Creating test plans and overseeing the acceptance testing process.
- Supporting the production rollout of new versions.
- Communicating effectively and escalating alerts when necessary.
- Leading operations to enrich the database.
- Proposing improvements and modernization strategies for the application.
