Key ResponsibilitiesProduct OwnershipEngage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements. Assess live production applications, providing valuable recommendations for enhancements. Define and maintain a coherent product vision and roadmap. Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog effectively. Translate business needs into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries. Project ManagementPlan and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives. Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status. Quality Assurance & GovernanceDefine user acceptance criteria and validate QA test cases. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing. Review and approve test plans to uphold high quality standards before product releases. Team Collaboration & Process ImprovementPromote a collaborative and productive team atmosphere. Offer guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
