Join our Payment & Fraud team at Ubisoft, responsible for enhancing customer purchasing experiences across all e-commerce channels, from our store to in-game purchases and subscriptions. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will collaborate closely with the product team, focusing on payment-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with payment processes to identify potential areas for improvement.
Working with internal teams to optimize operational processes related to payments and fraud prevention.
Conducting competitive benchmarking studies to identify industry best practices.
Researching trends, regulations, and recent developments in the payment sector.
Creating a monthly internal newsletter showcasing payment performance and emerging trends.
Providing general support to Product Owners in project management through data analysis and recommendations.
Collaborating with Payment & Fraud Specialists to define and achieve specific business outcomes.
Coordinating daily communications with payment service providers.
Regularly monitoring payment acceptance rates.
