Qualifications
Master's Degree in Finance or Information Technology, or an Engineering degree with a finance specialization.Risk management certification (FRM, PRM, ICBRR) is a plus.A minimum of five years of proven experience as a business analyst or project manager in implementing IT solutions in ALM/liquidity risk.Excellent knowledge of capital market activities, including a deep understanding of vanilla and exotic financial instruments (bonds, swaps, structured products, other derivatives on FX/rates/credit, securitization, etc.).Familiarity with valuation methods and systems (MUREX, KONDOR+, SUMMIT Bonds, DECALOG, ACUREN, CALYPSO, DIAGRAM, UBIX, etc.).Mastery of methodologies and processes for monitoring risk indicators, including intraday liquidity, liquidity risk, and structural risks (interest rate, exchange rate, sensitivity, etc.).

Join our Finance Business Unit, a team of experts dedicated to delivering end-to-end solutions in consulting and business analysis. We are expanding our specialized team in financial risk management, seeking experienced Business Analysts who possess a strong grasp of ALM and liquidity risk challenges, as well as expertise in information systems (methodologies, regulations, software solutions, processes, and IT systems). Your role will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT developers.
This unit aims to support our clients in addressing a wide range of financial risk management issues, including operational strategy, organizational processes, project scoping and management, implementation, and solution validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in high-value consulting projects, business analysis, and project management, closely collaborating with financial market operations.
- Oversee the integration of strategic decisions within operational processes and/or information systems related to market risk. Participate in projects for implementing and adapting solutions, process initiation and updates, and software integration.
Tasks Include:
- Conduct feasibility studies and preliminary analysis.
- Define needs and write functional specifications, conducting functional testing.
- Assist in selecting optimal solutions, both internal and external.
- Create a master plan for information systems, functional mapping, and process formalization.
- Plan and coordinate projects.
- Lead change management and user support initiatives.
