Join our dynamic SaaS Operating Center, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability of our Avaloq software and products for our esteemed clients.
As a Level 2 Business Analyst in Application Support, you will engage with clients to guarantee exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer requirements, addressing incidents and issues in the production environment, and monitoring application availability. You will collaborate with the service desk and other delivery teams, such as Level 3 support and project delivery, to efficiently resolve incidents and problems.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the incident management process comprehensively and promptly, including incident triage.
- Conduct impact analysis, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with other teams as necessary.
- Perform high-level analysis and consolidation of new client requirements.
- Assist the development team in feature implementation by translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage user expectations and communicate with relevant stakeholders effectively.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new banking services within service delivery.
- Proactively suggest innovative ideas to enhance our service delivery quality.
