Your Role
In the role of Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to assess business needs and convert them into actionable requirements. Your insights will be pivotal in designing and developing innovative solutions aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering and documenting requirements for software development initiatives.
- Analyzing and evaluating collected requirements to create deliverables, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, GUI designs, and interface specifications.
- Translating complex technical information into understandable business language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to assess information needs and functional requirements.
- Collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to define technical vision while balancing usability and performance needs.
- Assisting project managers in planning deliverables, defining project scope, scheduling tasks, and managing other aspects of the project lifecycle.

To Excel in This Role, You Will Need:
- A background in relevant fields (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
- Experience in analyzing complex business processes, software development requirements, and taxonomies.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
- Knowledge in producing As-Is and To-Be documentation.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
