Job Summary
Join OpenGov’s Professional Services (PS) team to deliver tailored, scalable solutions to state and local governments utilizing the Government App Builder (GAB) — our proprietary low-code/no-code application development platform.
In the role of Business Application Developer III, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and enhancing applications tailored to customer or business specifications, leveraging platform capabilities, configuration, data modeling, workflow automation, and limited scripting.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and configuring business applications through Government App Builder
Collaborating closely with implementation teams and clients to translate business processes into scalable, automated solutions
This position is ideally suited for a technically adept problem solver with a solid understanding of data modeling, workflow logic, and business process design, without the need for extensive full-stack engineering skills in frameworks such as React, NodeJS, or Java. You will play a crucial role in delivering impactful solutions that modernize government operations.
