Your Future Work Environment:
As a Business Developer Intern, you will become part of a dedicated business unit made up of Business Engineers.
You will implement our commercial development strategy through prospecting, recruitment, and management, ensuring the profitability and growth of the business unit.
Your Responsibilities:
Client & Prospect Management:
Identify growth opportunities (analyze needs, define, structure, and prioritize them)
Address client needs by presenting suitable consultant profiles and articulating their relevance
Maintain relationships with clients and prospects
Execute targeted prospecting efforts as outlined in our commercial strategy: leveraging professional social networks, supporting inside sales, direct approaches, networking, and representing the company at industry events and trade shows
Respond to requests for proposals, preparing commercial offers
Negotiate pricing terms with prospects
Close sales
Consultant Recruitment:
Understand recruitment needs
Draft and post job offers on job boards
Source candidates
Conduct interviews
Oversee the candidate process
