Join our dynamic Business Development, Marketing & Communication team at Clifford Chance in Luxembourg! This internship offers a unique opportunity to delve into the inner workings of an international law firm's client engagement strategies. You will play a key role in organizing client events and crafting marketing and communication materials, gaining firsthand experience in business development practices that foster client relationships and enhance market visibility.
Contract: 6-month internship starting in April 2026
Hours: 40 hours per week
Business Development Support
- Assist in compiling weekly Business Development reports for partners, including data updates and dashboard preparation.
- Engage in data analysis to identify client targeting opportunities and matter trends, providing valuable insights for partners and lawyers.
- Manage essential administrative tasks to enable the team to focus on strategic initiatives.
Marketing & Communications
- Contribute to the drafting and refinement of internal news and updates to enhance organizational engagement.
- Help prepare and refresh marketing materials such as client presentations, brochures, capability statements, and CVs.
Event Management
- Support the seamless organization of client events and webinars, managing logistics, invitations, registrations, vendor coordination, and on-site assistance.
- Participate in post-event evaluations to enhance future event effectiveness.
Client & Market Information
- Maintain and update client databases ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Bring innovative ideas to ongoing Business Development and marketing initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement.
