Establish strong rapport with decision-makers.Pitching & Presentations: Conduct compelling introductory meetings and presentations to highlight our recruitment capabilities and unique value propositions. Communicate client-specific hiring solutions effectively.Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) to track leads and follow-ups, ensuring detailed reporting and timely follow-through.Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, funding activities, and competitor strategies to discover new business opportunities.Collaboration: Partner closely with the recruitment team to articulate client needs and ensure alignment in talent delivery.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, BBA, or related fields (MBA is a plus).Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and C-level executives.A strong sales mindset with a proactive, “hunter” mentality.Resilience and adeptness at handling objections in competitive scenarios.Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with strong multitasking skills.
