About the job
We are seeking a dedicated professional to:
- Lead standardized and customized sustainability projects in collaboration with clients, defining technical scopes, service structures, delivery timelines, participating teams, and market pricing alongside the sustainability management to achieve SGS Brazil's targets;
- Define and review scopes for standardized sustainability services;
- Define and review scopes for customized sustainability services;
- Assemble and prepare a technical team for service delivery (both customized and standardized);
- Ensure compliance with SGS governance by developing procedures and support documents in line with organizational expectations;
- Assist the sales team in client engagements and the creation of technical proposals;
- Monitor project delivery, guiding the operational team to meet quality indicators and satisfy client expectations;
- Report success indicators to management regarding client service and project delivery according to defined reporting models;
- Expand the product mix available in sustainability, seeking innovation to meet client demands;
- Organize processes according to the needs of each product, balancing commercial and operational deliveries.
