Key Responsibilities:Launch and scale Vilgain's presence in the U.S. market, primarily through online channels.Develop and enhance B2B (retail, wholesale) and B2C (DTC, e-commerce) channels.Implement growth and performance marketing strategies.Localize brand and product strategies for effective U.S. expansion.Oversee e-commerce operations, platforms, and tools, particularly Shopify.Formulate go-to-market strategies and identify scalable sales opportunities.Lead comprehensive product launches in new markets.Serve as the primary contact for retail partners, trade fairs, and local operations.Collaborate closely with headquarters across purchasing, customer experience, logistics, and marketing.Travel across the U.S. to engage with partners and represent Vilgain at industry events.
