By expertly managing the funnel of small and medium-sized business (SMB) leads, targeting the right clientele, and ensuring their seamless onboarding, we have outperformed several established competitors. We are now expanding our team to enhance our capabilities and accelerate our next phase of rapid growth.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to lead our efforts in acquiring SMB customers. This role will focus on executing client outreach through cold calling and securing long-term contracts on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct a minimum of 20 cold call meetings daily with relevant decision-makers.
- Document and update all meetings in real-time in our CRM system.
- Achieve a minimum of 20 closures in your first month, escalating to 40 in the second and 50 thereafter.
