Your Role
We are on the lookout for a driven Team Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring SMB customers. This includes spearheading cold calling initiatives and closing long-term deals through direct field engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily meetings with all team members at a designated location.
- Allocate territories to team members for their daily activities.
- Ensure real-time updates on meetings in our CRM system.
- Facilitate end-of-day reporting detailing meeting outcomes and closure metrics.
- Accompany team members in the field on a daily basis to provide guidance and support.
