As a Business Development Executive (internally referred to as Home Care Acquisition Manager) at A Place for Mom, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of high-value home care agencies. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of connecting families with the best care options available.
In this dynamic position, you will engage with a targeted portfolio of home care agencies, delivering tailored sales presentations that showcase the unique value A Place for Mom brings to their businesses. Collaboration with departments such as Onboarding, Success Management, and Care Advisory will be essential to ensure smooth transitions for new partners.
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple geographic markets, identifying and signing high-potential home care agencies through cold calling and prospecting.
Educate prospective agencies on the benefits of joining A Place for Mom, setting clear expectations for their experience and our referral programs.
Manage the entire sales cycle, ensuring new agencies meet our customer qualifications and regulatory standards.
Achieve weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly sales targets.
Facilitate the successful onboarding of new agencies by gathering necessary information for agreements.
Document all sales activities in our CRM with precision.
Maintain strong communication with the Home Care Acquisitions Manager and provide regular reports on your progress and achievements.
Travel may be required on occasion.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably with a focus on business development and outbound sales.
Demonstrated success in cold calling, prospecting, and closing sales.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet targets.
Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Proficient in CRM data entry and management.
Outstanding customer service skills.
