Key Responsibilities:Lead Management & Client Communication:Engage with inbound leads through various communication channels including calls and emails.Assess client requirements, qualify opportunities, and ensure consistent follow-up.Provide timely responses to inquiries while maintaining professionalism.Document conversations and lead progress within internal systems.Negotiation & Deal Closure:Support the sales pipeline management and assist in deal progression.Participate in negotiations with potential clients under senior guidance.Help convert leads into successful business partnerships.Work towards meeting monthly and quarterly conversion targets.Lead Generation via LinkedIn & Social Media:Identify business opportunities through LinkedIn and other networking platforms.Research companies, decision-makers, and industry trends to discover new prospects.Develop a professional outreach strategy to enhance pipeline growth.Collaborate with the team to create innovative digital lead generation strategies.Corporate Meetings & Client Engagement:Attend meetings at corporate offices with senior executives, including Directors and CXOs.Support relationship-building initiatives by understanding client needs and presenting appropriate solutions.Assist in coordinating client discussions and follow-ups.
