Join Halter as a Business Development Executive and take on a pivotal role in propelling business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction across the Manawatu region. You will be instrumental in implementing robust sales strategies, cultivating lasting relationships with customers, and achieving ambitious growth objectives while serving as Halter's local ambassador. This position demands a proactive, hands-on approach aimed at both expansion and long-term client contentment within the dairy sector.
In this capacity, you will focus daily on initiatives that enhance growth performance and deliver significant value to your customers. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Support, and other regional sales units—you will provide field insights to ensure Halter’s technology consistently meets farmers' needs. Your contributions will directly advance Halter’s mission to make 50% of the world’s habitable land more productive and sustainable.
We seek a motivated go-getter with a proven track record to spearhead Halter’s expansion in the Manawatu market. This is your chance to disrupt the industry positively and drive transformative change on some of the highest-performing dairy farms. You will lead the Manawatu expansion for one of the world’s fastest-growing companies by enabling farms to adopt Halter technology, revolutionizing their operations to achieve enhanced productivity and sustainability. You will work alongside a passionate local Customer team supported by a remarkable group at Halter’s Auckland headquarters, ensuring this is the most fulfilling role you’ve ever had.
This position can be based anywhere within the Manawatu region, and applicants must reside in the area. Daily travel is required to meet with farmers.
